This site is designed to be privacy-first. It performs IPv4/IPv6 subnet calculations in your browser and on our server without storing your input.

What we don’t do

Cookies & analytics

We do not set any cookies and we do not run analytics.

Server logs

Our web server keeps minimal access logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp, URL, response code) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. Logs are rotated and retained briefly (a few seconds). We do not combine logs with any third-party datasets.

Your input data

Any IP addresses or prefixes you enter are processed solely to compute results. We don’t persist these inputs in a database. If you use the “copy shareable link” feature, the IP/prefix you chose is included in the URL query parameters you share; anyone with that link can view the same calculation.

Third parties

We may serve static assets (e.g., fonts, buttons) from reputable CDNs. Requests to those CDNs will reveal your IP address to them, as is normal for HTTP(S). We select providers with strong security and reliability practices.

Jurisdiction

We aim to follow UK and EU data-protection principles (data minimisation; purpose limitation; integrity and confidentiality). Given we do not maintain user accounts or behavioural profiles, the data we process is limited to transient technical logs and the inputs you supply for calculation.
